We are able to assist businesses in creating effective risk-management guidelines to both reduce the risk of potential claims and to ensure that, when accidents do happen, an appropriate investigation is conducted and pertinent information is properly preserved to place our client in the best position to defend against any claim that might result.
Our extensive experience defending various businesses including retail establishments, bars and nightclubs, amusement and recreation facilities, bowling alleys, roller-skating rinks, sports associations and venues, and construction contractors, provides us with the insight necessary both to maximize the safety of our client’s businesses and to minimize the impact of any claims that may arise.
In addition to working with individual businesses, attorneys at the firm have assisted in developing risk-management guidelines and providing seminars about their implementation to national groups through participation in the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association and the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association.
