We utilize our extensive knowledge of the law and familiarity with the interpretation and application of insurance policy provisions to advise a wide variety of local and national insurers, working with them to facilitate their prompt and appropriate handling of situations relating to Commercial General and Personal Liability policies, Professional Liability policies, and Commercial and Personal Automobile policies, and all manner of Property coverages.

We also handle all aspects of litigation involving coverage issues, including state and federal declaratory judgment actions regarding the existence or scope of coverage and bad-faith insurance litigation. Our firm’s principals are also frequently contacted to provide expert consultation and testimony in such matters throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Our attorneys have also consulted with, and lectured to, insurance companies, including their general counsel and legal staff, on all manner of insurance and claims-handling issues.

We also assist insurers in reviewing and drafting modifications to existing insurance policy provisions as well as crafting new coverages, to ensure that the policy language appropriately is legally sound and reflects the intent of the insurer.
