The firm’s principals have extensive experience serving as expert witnesses in the fields of legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, insurance claim evaluation, and attorney-fee litigation. We are committed to providing an independent, objective and thorough evaluation of each dispute we are asked to evaluate. The attorneys here are active litigators themselves and understand we serve our clients best not by simply adopting the perspective of those who retain us and telling them what they may want to hear, but by accurately assessing the materials provided and the circumstances and giving them reasoned opinions that we can, and will, support under oath in a deposition or courtroom. In the final analysis, everyone benefits by the fair, well-considered evaluation of a case that we provide.

Our principals bring that same experienced and even-handed approach to their work as arbiters, whenever selected for that task. Whether as sole arbiter or as part of a panel, we evaluate each matter on its merits, consider the advocacy of the parties’ counsel as well as the perspective of any fellow arbiters, and arrive at an objective decision based on the legal and factual merits. And, while our attorneys remain open to any valid argument that is made, we pride ourselves on standing by the conclusions we reach and not allowing ourselves to be swayed by those who may be in the majority, but whose position is not sufficiently supported by legal principle or the facts.
