The firm’s attorneys have experience handling all facets of construction litigation. We have maintained a highly active practice defending construction defect cases for years, including the representation of general contractors and subcontractors in lawsuits throughout the state. This includes cases as varied as those involving multi-family condominium and townhouse complexes and multi-million dollar houses with significant alleged construction and design defects both within Colorado’s Front Range and mountain communities.
In successfully litigating approximately 100 cases in the past few years, the firm’s attorneys have becomes particularly attuned to the litigation strategies of attorneys and construction professionals alike who practice here and, therefore, have the technical and legal knowledge necessary to assist their clients in navigating these often highly-complex cases to a successful and cost-efficient outcome.
