Mr. Swartzendruber has practiced law in Colorado since obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005. His practice focuses on insurance defense, construction law, recreational and equine law, aviation, business and commercial law, product liability, and general civil litigation. A Colorado Native, raised on the Western Slope, Mr. Swartzendruber has long been an avid participant in outdoor activities where he encountered and learned from a wide variety of experiences before he became involved in the law. Whether working at the coal mines around his hometown of Paonia, framing houses, coaching little league baseball, or working as a fly fishing and hunting guide on the edge of the Flattops Wilderness, Mr. Swartzendruber has a passion for life and his family and enjoys interacting with people and the world around him. Before joining the firm, Mr. Swartzendruber worked as an associate at Jorgensen, Motycka & Lewis, P.C. in Greeley, Colorado, where he focused on general civil litigation and construction law.
