Our motor-vehicle common-carrier experience includes dealing with all aspects and issues associated with taxi and shuttle transportation. In recent years, the firm has developed its trucking practice to a significant degree, including the representation of carriers in numerous cases that involve intricate knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations, and the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and its rules. The firm’s trucking litigation experience and involvement in industry organizations such as the Defense Research Institute’s Trucking Law Committee have enabled its attorneys to be attuned to the unique factual, legal, and regulatory issues inherent in trucking cases.
